Favorites: House of Hollow & Bone White
I can’t believe how fast January went by! I’m thrilled with how my reading month went and I’m hoping to continue that momentum into February. One of the things that really helped me was deciding to DNF things I didn’t want to read and having multiple books going at the same time.
Let’s talk favorites! House of Hollow, ya’ll already heard me gush over! It’s such a brilliant and unique story that everyone should check it out regardless of what genres you typically lean towards. I also wrapped the month with Bone White by Ronald Malfi, which I knew within the first few chapters was going to be a favorite. I’m planning to share a full review soon, but basically this one is perfect for fans of crime fiction and horror. It was so unsettling, but I needed to keep reading to figure out what was happening. I’m so eager to read more from Malfi, that I’ve already got another one of his books in my February stack!
