June seemed to pass in a flash and for a while I thought my reading was severely stalling, but I somehow managed to read 13 books!

It was a month of really good reads, but my favorites were absolute standouts. Bath Haus has to be one of my favorite thrillers in recent times when it comes to keeping me on the edge of my seat. The con-woman theme from The Lies I Tell was expertly executed and solidified Julie Clark as an auto-buy author. Then there’s the absolute darkness of Yes, Daddy that hurt to read, but kept me coming back for more.

I think I’ve finally nailed down a July TBR that hits my thriller and horror mood for this summer. Keep your eye out for my stack in the next few days!

A huge thank you to Sourcebooks, Forge Books, Amazon Publishing, and Harper Perennial for my gifted copies!
