I’m excited that the last month of summer has arrived bringing us just a bit closer to my absolute favorite season, fall. This also means I’m cramming as much summer horror into my possibilities stack right now! While I read horror all year long, there is something extra exciting about the summer horror season for me.
For August I’ve got a great mix of chills and thrills with cults, apocalyptic scenarios, creepy islands, and much more!
Before you laugh too hard over how tall this stack is, please remember it’s just a stack of books I want to prioritize. I know I won’t make it through them all, but they’re at the top of my list. Swan Song is also a 2 month long buddy read…I’m not ambitious enough to believe that I could finish 2 chunky books this month!
I shared yesterday what I’m kicking the month off with and can happy report that I’m making solid progress in Last Days, The Burning Season, and The Return of the King.
