I swear the last few months of 2022 went by in the blink of an eye! My last wrap up for 2022 is looking pretty solid!
In December I read a mix of holiday horror, checked off some of my backlist, and enjoyed a few recent releases. What I loved most about this month was how many new authors I was able to try out. I love short story collection that feature multiple authors for this. As always, I’m now promising myself I’ll read more short story collections. I usually do pretty bad with committing to these, but I’ve got Stephen King’s Night Shift in my January stack for a buddy read, so my chances are a lot higher for that one! Who knows, maybe I’ll be a changed reader in 2023 and it’ll be my year of short stories!
Cheers to a new year of new reads!
A huge thank you to Random House, Harper Perennial, Poisoned Pen Press & St. Martin’s Press for my gifted copies!
