Remember when I built that tall stack of possibilities for February? Yeah, we all knew I was out of my mind!
While I may not have read the quantity of books I wanted, this month has been filled with really great books. Most of my books averaged around 4 stars and I wasn’t able to find a new 5 star read. I did have two books that were really close to being 5 star reads, Stone Cold Fox, The Ice Coven, and Jackal. They were both incredibly enjoyable and kept me on the edge of my seat reading.
I think my favorite thing about my monthly selections was the mix of my 2 favorite genres, horror and thriller. I had such a fun selection of both with some very unique stories! I also felt like I had another good month of balancing new releases with backlist books.
